Start with your download.
The Sales Follow-Up Tracker package contains an EN folder and a HU folder. Choose your preferred language, read the PDF guide, and save a working copy of the XLSX. The two editions do not synchronize.
Opening the files
Unzip the package. You need an XLSX-compatible spreadsheet application and a PDF reader. No macro permissions are required. The formulas were checked in LibreOffice; Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets have not been separately tested live. There is no online Google Sheets template.
If a number looks wrong
Check the reference date, enable automatic recalculation, and review the Data check column. Enter actual dates and unique deal IDs. Use input columns A–M; columns N–P contain formulas. Calculations cover rows 5–204 only.
